RNN Group
The Challenge
RNN is a large college group based across South Yorkshire and North Nottinghamshire. The college has a well-structured enrichment and work placement programme, delivered by a large team of expert practitioners.
In order to effectively track and manage these programmes RNN required a platform that was easy to implement, engaging to use and provided full reporting of the enrichment and placement programmes.
A core requirement of the implementation was a quick installation, with a short window to configure the platform, train staff and roll the platform out.
The Solution
Having seen Navigate in action the college management team was convinced that it was the best platform to be implemented across their 4 campus locations. Supported by an intensive training programme the installation deadline was met and Navigate was launched to over 3,000 learners.
The Impact
This successful implementation has ensured high staff confidence and engagement levels, with over over 1,000 hours of learner activity being recorded on Navigate each week.
